Every individual has a unique level of fitness with different abilities, restrictions, medical history, body structure and genetic makeup... that’s why all Stretch & Flex one to one sessions are constructed with this in mind, allowing for adaptability to meet the requirements of the participant.
Classes are carried out in a relaxed, supportive and safe atmosphere with your comfort and enjoyment, high priority. (DBL classes not suitable for complex medical conditions/injuries)
