Stretch & Flex provides mat & reformer Pilates, focusing on functional mobility, strength and stretching to help you create a body that you’re comfortable in, everyday, whether it’s for sport-specific progress, or to simply move through daily life with ease!
Stretch & Flex is a contemporary Pilates method with a ‘clinical’ approach. Using the original teachings of Joe Pilates incorporating modern sports science and research, physical therapy and biomechanics.
We understand every individual has a unique level of fitness with different abilities, restrictions, medical history, body structure and genetic makeup... that’s why all Stretch & Flex one to one sessions are constructed with this in mind, allowing for adaptability to meet the requirements of the participant.

Kiri is a CIMSPA registered, qualified Level 3 Pilates Mat & APPI Reformer and Fitness Instructor specialising in Pilates, mobility & stretching in Stourbridge.
I created Stretch & Flex in 2017 to help people with their stretching, flexibility and mobility, and those 7 years have flown by!
I started specialising in Pilates in 2019 after a 9 month long in-depth training course with theory and practical exams as well as coursework!
5 years later and I’m still always learning and increasing my knowledge. I work closely with a team of highly regarded clinical Physiotherapists to figure out best practice for many ailments, acute and chronic.
